For me, graphic design is all about storytelling—it's how I bring a brand's identity to life and connect with the audience in meaningful ways.
Whether I’m crafting custom templates in Canva or writing compelling captions, I ensure every design not only looks amazing but also resonates with the brand’s voice and message. I’ll be including a couple of examples below to showcase my graphic design skills.
Presentations
I’m creative enough to design themed PowerPoint presentations that shake up meetings and keep audiences engaged. I believe in making each presentation not just informative, but visually captivating, with tailored themes that reflect the message and tone of the content. One of these presentations is delivered in Spanish, showcasing my bilingualism and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Press Releases & Email Communications
I excel in crafting clear, concise, and impactful press releases that effectively communicate key messages to the media and target audiences. With a keen understanding of the importance of tone, timing, and structure, I ensure every release aligns with organizational goals and captures attention.
Due to the nature of an HOA, I take a lighthearted approach when communicating rules and regulations, making information more approachable and engaging for residents while still ensuring clarity and compliance.

I have experience curating events for intimate gatherings as well as large-scale community celebrations. From cultural festivals and themed experiences to corporate outings, parades, and social gatherings, I specialize in creating events that foster engagement, connection, and memorable experiences.
With a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach, I handle everything from concept development and logistics to vendor coordination and event promotion. No matter the scale or theme, I ensure each event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impact on attendees.

Beyond my professional roles, I'm passionate about building vibrant communities and driving engagement. This section highlights my leadership as President of Penya Barcelona Denver, where I've leveraged my diverse skillset, from strategic planning and partnership development to content creation and graphic design, to foster significant growth and a strong sense of belonging among our members. You'll see how creativity, communication, and a strategic approach translate into tangible community impact.
Watch Party Graphics:
In this section, you'll find the graphics created to rally our members for game day. I took original photos and enhanced them with additional graphics to make them truly pop. Each graphic proudly features our group's logo, the logo of our host bar, and the official game logo (whether it's La Liga, Champions League, Copa del Rey, or Supercopa) along with the crucial date and time details. Of course, no watch party graphic would be complete without both the iconic Barcelona crest and the crest of their opponent.
Fun Fact Friday Campaigns:
"Fun Fact Fridays" is a campaign I created to keep group members engaged about upcoming watch parties, but with an informative twist. This initiative provided an opportunity for fans, whether seasoned or new, to delve deeper into the rich history of the club, its players, and club legends, ensuring everyone could learn something new. Additionally, I made this campaign bilingual; recognizing our many Spanish-speaking group members, I leveraged my native Spanish skills to connect with a broader audience.
Group Scarf Designs:
In the world of soccer, scarves hold a special place—just as iconic as the jerseys themselves. Worn proudly by fans across the globe, scarves symbolize identity, loyalty, and unity, making them a vital part of the matchday experience. For Penya Barcelona Denver, our scarves aren’t just accessories—they’re conversation starters, storytelling pieces, and symbols of belonging. This section showcases two custom scarf designs I've created for our group, each deeply rooted in both FC Barcelona’s legacy and our local Denver pride.
This scarf design draws inspiration from the 2022 Barcelona Home and Away Jersey Designs. The original away jersey showcased a map of Barcelona, but I made it true to our Denver-based group by featuring a map of Denver instead, with Colfax Avenue prominently displayed as the main street.
For the 2025-2026 season, our scarf design is a vibrant nod to Barcelona/Catalan colors. I ingeniously split our group's logo in half, so when you wear the scarf, the two sides connect to form a complete, cohesive emblem. Plus, I had some fun with a play on words: "Culerado" — blending "Culé" (the affectionate term for Barcelona fans) with Colorado — to create a unique identity for our Denver-based group.
Game Day Group Photos:
As a transplant from Chicago, I decided to curate and grow this group using my strengths in communications. My goal was to connect with local Denverites who shared a common interest: our love for the game, and especially our love for FC Barcelona. These game day group photos serve as a visual testament to the vibrant community I've cultivated since 2021. Although not high-quality photos, I want to take a moment to show and acknowledge the growth of the group and the community I've worked to build throughout the years.
